Voodoo3 problems

Im having some problems with CS 1.1 on one of my comps.

The computer in question is a Celery400, Asus P2L97(440LX), 128 MB RAM, and a V3-3K.

This box is running Win2K pro Sp1, and the latest V3 drivers.

But CS is incredibly slow on this box, one of my crappier boxes(A K6-3 400 with a 12 MB V2) is way faster in CS.
Its fine as long as you stare into walls and stuff, but as soon as you look out on any decently sized room, the FPS drops to something in the 10-20 range.
I've tried the WickedGL drivers as well, no good.

This does not happen with Halflife, so its definately something CS related.

Oh and resolution doesnt matter, tried everything from 640x480 to 1024x768.

All CS setting are default.

Hah, those Voodoo 3s are cheap now. I've seen them selling for $90. Who wants mine? I can't wait for
my GeForce3 to arrive

I should perhaps mention that I have 4 computers with CS installed, and its working fine on all cept the V3.

Vid cards are V2-12 MB, V3-3K, TNT2-Ultra and a GF DDR.
And at work I have a comp with a V3-2K PCI, also working fine with CS 1.1.

All comps are running Win2K Sp1, VIA drivers on the comps that require it.
