Voodoo3 Drivers Problems

I have a Voodoo3 card and I can't connect to any counter-strike games,
I need a link to the correct drivers because I don't think I have the right ones because with out the voodoo3 the counter-strike games connect fine.
If it isn't a driver problem can someone tell me what the problem is.
 
what is the exact error message that you're receiving, and when does it appear? try creating your own game instead of joining one and see what happens.
