Voodoo3 3500-TV Question

I have an old Voodoo3 3500-TV card that I put in my son's PC.

I no longer have the manuals for it and wondered which coaxial input is for the TV, in relation to the Monitor outlet. Is the one right beside the outlet for TV or FM? I think one is for TV and the other for FM but am not sure which is which.

I can still get some good use out of this old card.
 
its the one thats right next to where the big blue cable hooks up to....I used to have one ....great card.
