GET THE G400 MAX FOR $40!!! HOLY SHNIKES! That is an amazing price and it is faster than a V3 3000 and also MUCH more pleasing on the eyes! 32 bit is niiiiiiice! :)

40$?!? Where the hell did you find the G400Max for that price??
Hell buy the thing and even if you decide not to use it you can sell it at a profit!

I have a G400 32mb DH, non max and I must say that its great for everything, I was also testing V3 3000 many many months ago and it was ok, but 3d quality wasnt nearly as good as the g400. Slightly faster but then again I dont have the max version.

V3 would be a bit faster in glide, but everyting else, G400 Max wins. who cares how fast a G400 vanilla is, they all oc to Max speeds except for a small fraction of retail cards that have 6ns mem instead of 5ns.

G400 it is.

Prior to the TurboGL drivers the G400 kind of sucked for OpenGL, but they've always had top notch D3D performance.

Thanks to TurboGL a G400 (non-max) can keep up with a TNT2 Ultra/V3-3000, the G400Max slaps both around.

The G400 is a very good gaming performer. It's no GeForce2/Radeon, but it's better than a V3 or TNT2.

yeah...i bought it off my friend b/c he needed the money and he doesn't need the card....

why does it play counterstrike 7.1 better in opengl than in d3d???? I thought the d3d was suppost to be better than opengl w/ the g400...
