Voodoo3 2k or all in wonder128 32mb?

Which of the above cards are overall better for 2D & 3D?

Of course, it's nearly impossible to find a working set of drivers for the Voodoo under XP. Because 3dfx went out of business before XP came out, I think that if you are using XP you will have issues with games and possibly applications down the road. Plus it doesn't support 32Bit color, though the AIW does. May not be too playable, as the AIW isn't the fastest card in the world, but it isn't the slowest, either and has good 2D.

i am pretty sure i read on these forums that someone found a pretty good set of third party drivers for 3dfx cards. just search and snoop.

Well, the V3 2k has much faster 3d and good 2d, but the AIW has many more features. Stuff like VIVO, TV tuner, etc... So if you play a lotta games, go w/ the V3, if not, go w/ the AIW 128

The V3 2k will stomp a hole in the AIW 128..especially if you overclock it to 3k speed... I had a 3500TV, and man, in it's day, it was a screamer.
