If you've been away from XDA for a few days, it's out!

Note that you have to uninstall it (by creating a blank file in /sdcard/Voodoo and rebooting) before you flash a new ROM or do a nandroid. But since there isn't much else out to flash anyway, there's no reason not to do it. Plus the Voodoo kernels offer either the ability to use standard bootanimations, overclock, or both. I'm using the non-OC bootanimation one (1000_voodoo_bootanimation_0.2.zip here) with the Droid2 R2D2 boot (here).
WARNING:
To avoid bricking your phone on the very first step,
***DON'T FLASH WITH ODIN INTO ANYTHING BUT "PDA"***
(Yes, that "Phone" looks tempting. Do NOT use it or you'll burn out your cell modem and brick the phone.)
(Oh yeah, don't ever flash any non-Fascinate kernels -- even from other Galaxy S models -- with Odin either. Again, brick time.)
The instructions say installation will take a long time, but my data directory is pretty empty and it all went quite quickly. The official Voodoo release will eventually have AMOLED color correction too, but this is just the lagfix part.
