voodoo drivers for winxp

i installed xo and it recognizes ok my voodoo

but the api's support is sucks ...

just opengl works and slow, q3 used to run at 40~50 fps 1024, now is just 20~24 ...
anything using something but opengl got an sst error ... which i have no ideia what is ...

are there voodoo3 drivers for XP ? i know they'd be unofficial .. but some unofficial work fine really fine in ME
