Voodoo 5500 okay with Iwill KK266?

Hi. Will a 3dfx Voodoo 5500 AGP card work okay on an Iwill KK266 board in terms of 1) physically fitting, 2) accessible power connector on the board, and 3) voltage consumption? Also, any known compatibility issues with the Voodoo 5500 and the Via KT133A chipset?
