I have read that you should have at least a 200W power supply. The one in my pc is only 145W. With V5 installed I get the Windows 98 screen and then the monitor shuts off.
 
Definitely get a better PSU.

You have the opportunity to get a decent one like at least 250W. 300W PSU's are starting to get cheap now so you could go for that.
