Voodoo 5 and NBA Live 2000

Is there any kind of patch available that allows this game to be run under glide with a Voodoo 5 5500 at a resolution higher than 640x480?
I've tried everything, and cannot get these results. I get a message saying that the video card is not recognized by the game, and can't set it higher than 640x480 inside the game. Direct 3d works fine, but glide runs better and looks better than direct 3d on this particular game, and I'd really like to use that.
 
have you checked the EASports site for patches or does that game have an Autopatch installer? Check the site and/or try to play the game on the Internet(that will probably check for patches).
