voodoo 5 5000 & 5500

2.0, they'll work on an 845 chipset so no worries. A friend of mine has a Dell with 512mb of PC133 and a VooDoo5 5500 running fine.
 
don't think you'll be able to find a V5 5000, I think there were a few released OEM, but they never made it to retail production.

V4 4500= 1 VSA100 chip and 32 MB RAM

V5 5000= 2 VSA100 chips and 32 MB RAM

V5 5500= 2 VSA100 chips and 64 MB RAM
