I have installed the Voodoo 5500 x3dfx drivers version 1.08.04 on my machine and although I'm impressed with the vibrant colours there are horizontal lines going across my screen at 1/2 inch intervals. They appear as stripes.....very annoying. Is there an issue with these drivers or have I muffed something? I tried re-installing them and chose the repair feature instead. What can be done to correct them?
I was sort of happy with the 1.04s but I kept getting messages telling me that they did not support Directx * whne I installed a game demo and also their performance left much to be desired in my new flight sim Sturmovic IL2.
