Voodoo 3000 TV out?

I have a voodoo 3000 with an S-video output.... but in my tools menu..it says nothing of tv out... does my card support it?
 
in display goto setting click advanced then click 3dtv should be thier after you install the drivers
 
PAL and NTSC are TV standards...USA uses NTSC, but most of the rest of the world use PAL
 
You just installed the bare necessity vga drivers.
Need to install from the setup.exe file from the drivers folder,
Then you will have the TV-out in the advanced section of your video properties.
