voodoo 3 2000 pci problems

Background:
abit kt7, duron 600, sblive xgamer, voodoo3 2000 pci, dlink dfe-530tx+ NIC, quantum fireball plus lm 15gig, 300w squeeky leadman powmax, win 95 osr2 system. Installed latest 4 in 1 driver.

Everything was fine last night, played UT for over an hour with no problems. today, when i got into win 95, in said something about my display adapter (forgot the message) and went to 640x480 res from my 1280x1024 i had last night,

so i re-installed the latest drivers from 3dfx, when does 3dfx tools install, i get
error 1904.Module
3dfxCmn.dll failed to register
hresult -2147024769
contact your support personnel

click ignore and get
error 1904.Module
StanRes.dll failed
hresult -2147024865

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Windows is hosed. Go into Safe Mode and try removing all display adapters. Uninstall the tools and let the card be redetected. If that doesn't work, restore a previous registry.
