Wondering if I should continue with their service. I love the free long distance, but what if I did run into major problems? I tried calling their tech support one time for something and I never got through after waiting on hold for 15 minutes. I figure I emailed them but no one responded til this day.

So far, no major issue, but you never know. I guess I can't complain for the price I'm paying.

Switch to AT&T VoIP - a buck or two more, real CS, slightly lesser package (No free international), better number portage.

Have a link? I'd like to take a look at it.

NM found it. How good is the service?

Don't understand voip ... why don't people just get cell phones? they all have free long distance.

Because unless you dont plan on using big minutes, cell phones are expensive. $25 a month unlimited calling is a great deal. I also like the feature that will rong both your home phone and your cell phone at the same time. No more having to give people 6 different ways to contact you. Give them your home line and if you are home you can answer it and save cell phone minutes. If you arent home, you can pick up like a normal cell call.
