They're telling me they have no issues at this time...
 
i can't ping it, but their website is working fine for me, they are most likely blocking ICMP echo requests.

..actually I'm able to ping Google...

Vonage keeps telling me everything is fine but my calls sound horrible and I can't get into their website to retrieve voicemails.

They're pointing at Comcast (and of coarse Comcast points to them!!)

try doing a tracert or traceroute to see if it fails on the comcast side of things?
