Mines always great... but I'm on Optimum Online. Have your ISP increase your line speed or maybe avoid high traffic times. Kinda sucks that your pipe can't handle it. 🙁
 
I regularly DL at 400 KB/s so I don't think that is the trouble. In fact it may be the GE cordless phone.
 
Sometimes my parents' Uniden cordless makes me sound like I'm talking through a fan... on a landline. Does it work fine with a corded phone?
