Vonage and routers

I can't seem to get any dial tone when I have the adapter behind the router. I have it set so that ports
5061 and 10000-10011 are fwded on it's IP which I've assigned manually with the dns set to the router's address. Are there any other ports that need to be fwded in order for it to work?

UDP 5060-5061, 123,69,53, 10000-20000

At least that's what I have set and mine works. Maybe my little vonage box is older though, not sure.

That's odd, I didn't have to set up anything. I have an SMC Barricade with a 4 port switch built in and DHCP server enabled. I dropped the Vonage box behind it, and 30 seconds later I was up and running.
