After 12 hours of work... Crawling around various Pick Your Parts, and some quality time with a 5 pound sledgehammer, the Volvo is on the road again!

Here are the parts I spent hours looking for... Seems that Every Volvo 240 series had the same damage... :Q

Here's the fender after getting it into some semblance of its original shape... It's just setting in place here:

Here it is compared to the other side so you can see just how bad a job I did...

The turn signal and marker light housing mounts on the fender, of course. You can see the crumpled foil I had to work with here:

Whatever this friggin bumper is made of, I want a car made of it!!! I hit it with the sledge, jumped up and down on it, and then pulled the car up onto it and jumped up and down on THAT but it wouldn't give!!! I gave up and put it back on bent.
