Volvo sues Volo Auto Museam for name

WTF? It's a different name (although it looks similar at first glance). How is this going to affect Volvo's brand recognition? It's a museum, not another car brand. The Nissan vs. the Nissan computer guy case made more sense than this crap.....

When I make a company, I'm going to sue every other company for even HAVING a name! BASTARDS! You guys are KILLING MY BRAND RECOGNITION IF CONSUMERS HAVE TO REMEMBER YOUR NAMES TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Clever marketing will do a lot more for your brand recognition than eliminating every little guy with a name that might be confused with yours. I'm pretty sure your not going to see a guy looking over a 67 Mustang GT, and asking someone where all the Volvos are.
