Volvo Service Schedule Question

Hi Everyone,

I'm thikning of getting a 2001 S80, but its got 103k miles on it. I was wondering if anyone else has a Volvo here and would know of the service schedule... like when the next major tune up should be.. and how many miles per oil change?

dunno about post-ford volvos, but for pre-ford volvos, scheduled service is mandatory (car will run like piss otherwise), expensive, and fairly frequent (~5000-7000 miles?). but if you keep up on it, they are bulletproof and run forever, so many people gladly pony up.
