Volvo S60R Vibration Problems

I've recently purchased a 2005 Volvo S60R with ~90,000 miles (6sp manual). When I test drove the car, everything was grand. The car drove smoothly, the alignment was a little bit off, but not a big deal. Then I had an issue with the clutch slave cylinder leaking. Luckily for me, I had a 30 day / 1000 mile warranty. Long story short, the dealership reluctantly repaired the leaking slave cylinder (called around and got an estimate of 2000 dollars... ouch).

When I got the car back the warranty had expired. Having moved from a Miata to the Volvo, I didn't notice any out of the vibrations (Miatas have a lot of them the you learn to live with). Now, a couple weeks later, the vibrations are driving me crazy. Here are a few scenarios where I get them:

When the car is cold (on less than 5 minutes), I get bad vibrations in the wheel and throughout the car at ~30 mph. This one goes away after the car has warmed up.

On the freeway, the vibration seems to be a moving target. It often occurs around 60 mph and 80 mph. It is higher in frequency than the one at 30mph. This leads me to believe it is drivetrain related, not engine.

When I reverse out of my driveway in the morning, I hear a dull "thunk" when I go into reverse. It sounds like it is coming from the front of the car. Thinking it was CV joints, I did the standard turning circle tests and didn't hear any clicking. However, the S60R has such a wide turning radius which may not put stress on the CV joints to make the clicking.

These are the symptoms and the tests I've done (I haven't yet gotten under the car... that will be this weekend). What may add to this problem was the transmission had to be removed from the car to do the slave clyinder. That means the dealership may have had the front suspension apart, therefore any of those parts may be suspect.

The reason I don't trust the dealership is that I found a couple hose clamps which weren't secured after the repair was done. Some of the wiring harness wasn't clipped back in. I would like to not go back to the dealer for this issue (it was an Infiniti dealership), but worst case I'll go to a Volvo dealer.

I appreciate any suggestions to help with this issue!
