Volume size limit in XP Pro?

Using XP Pro, can a D: drive actually be 700Gigs? Using a RAID 5 array with 4 x 250Gig HDs, was gonna make a C: drive of 50Gig, and the remaining 700G one massive data volume. Can I do that or should I break it up in to 2 x 350Gig?
