Volume control visual for Apple Keyboard in Windows?

I use an Apple keyboard with my PC running Windows XP.

Before my reformat, whenever I used the volume keys on the keyboard, a volume visual would pop up at the bottom right of the screen. Since then it hasn't shown up anymore. Does anyone know what I can do or of any programs that I can get to show the volume interface?
