Is this what I should be getting???

CPU = 1.450V
Core = 1.53V
Mem = 2.59V

It would really help to know which CPU you have. Memory voltages are usually configurable, 2.60v is the default on a lot of boards.

I've got a AMD Athlon 64 3700+ it's all in my sig.

DDR normally runs at 2.50 v, so it's only slightly higher than normal (within ~4%).
CPU should run at 1.50 v, so it's slightly lower than normal (within ~3%).

So they are ok then, what about the core?

San Diego core is Voltage: 1.4V
