Voltages on K7T Pro 2

Just like to consult users of the same board, or those within that MSI range, whether I have a power supply problem or a mobo related problem.

According to PC Alert III, the following are my voltage ratings:

Vcore - 1.64
+5v - 4.88
3.3v - 3.37
+12v - 12.20

Are the above in line with other users? Considering I only have a generic 300watts power supply (not AMD approved), should there be anything to be concerned about? My main concern is that relating to the Vcore.
