Voltages in HWMonitor

Here is how the voltages look in HWMonitor:

1. How accurate are those readings?

2. Is it normal to have 15 or 16V for the 12V? What does it mean, should it always be 12V? What if it's less?

3. Can that be caused by the missing 8 pin connector for 12V?

4. Anything else that doesn't look right?

On board sensors have been known to give false readings the only way to get accurate readings on the PSU voltages is with a multimeter there usually will be some variance but you do want to see steady voltages not wild changes.

i wouldnt believe it for a second, i remember installing HWmonitor running it once and then unintstalling it 30 seconds later, im pretty sure it told me my voltages were around 18v on the 12v rail and under 1v on the 3.3v rail, i lol'ed and uninstalled.

As mentioned test with meter from PSU.
