I recently (winter break) gave my mother my E7200 to build her an xmas pc with my spare parts + some new value ones... I picked up an E8400, which I have not tried overclocking much until today...

As of now, I am in the phase of testing the motherboard's fsb characteristics. Checking for required component voltages, regions of instability, etc. I'm currently at fsb of 1750mhz, vcore of 1.4V, dram of 2.01V, HT of 1.24V, NB of 1.32V, and SB of 1.56V. I have the cpu multiplier set to 6x, so I'm operating at 2625mhz. I have everything but that ex. bit. detection disabled. I am wondering what typical necessary voltages for the aforementioned components are, and their maximums. I'm also wondering if it is worthwhile + cost-effective to purchase a different (better?) s775 motherboard to keep me content after they all disappear. Thanks.
