After testing my PC2-6400 G.Skill HZ sticks, I found that they were stable at DDR2-866 4-4-4-12-2T at my current OC of 2.6 GHz. If I bumped voltages to 2.35 or 2.4V, they were stable at DDR2-1040 5-5-5-15-2T. 2.4V does seem like a lot for DDR2 though, and it is .3V over the rated vDIMM. Is anyone here on AT forums actually running their HZs at such a high voltage with no lifespan problems?

My HZ is spec'd at 2.0-2.1 V. I am running them at 469 MHz DDR-2-5-5-5-15 at 2T They are hot at the touch.

Those sticks can easily do 900MHz at 2.2V.

Personally, I would use 2.4V as an absolute maximum (not withstanding that you can get better cooling).

I would recommend a maximum voltage of 2.3V for 24/7 usage.

You should be able to do DDR2-1000 @ 2.3V @ 5-5-5-(12/15)-2T without much of a problem.

DDR2-800 3-3-3-8 @ 2.3v with 4x 1GB and DDR2-1000 4-4-4-12 @ 2.3v with 4x 1GB

more than 2.3v will kill your memory in time. Whether it lasts a few hours or a few months it will die. So says Micron and OCZ. OCZ warranties certain sets to 2.4v though, but those are super high binned hand picked ICs.
