Voltages Concerning Me

I decided to download SpeedFan to monitor voltages and temps.

Here are my voltage readings sitting here idle typing this message:

VCore : 1.68V (1.65 in BIOS, I know most motherboards seem to overvolt slightly nowadays)
+3.3V : 1.54V
+5V : 4.97V
+12V : 12.52V
-12V : 2.45V
-5V : 0.43V
+5VSB: 5.62V
VBat : 3.17V

What concerns me is that most of the rails seem WAAAY off. Am I being paranoid or is this safe and I have nothing to worry about?

This is a ThermalTake 420W silent PSU. 3 Months old max I think. CPU temp is currently 42C and System Temp is 32C. I run 2 PCI cards, a GF4 Ti4400, 2 fans + HSF, 1 HDD and 1 CD-ROM.

Your voltages should be +/- 5%. Forget the negative voltages. Everything looks within spec except your 3.3-volt line which I assume the program isn't reading properly because your system wouldn't work if it's at 1.54.
