Voltage Values Problem

I installed Everest diagnostic software on a computer that has a stability problem. Under the Sensor section it has a Voltage Values group. The value for +1.5V is 0.04V. The value for +12V is 3.06V. Shouldn't the values here be close to 1.5V and 12V? If so, what kind of problem does this indicate? Power supply problem? Thanks for any info you can give me.

your PC wouldnt even boot if those values were true.
I dont use everest, but in Mobo Monitor, those type readings mean you have picked the wrong monitoring chip version, or the one on the mobo is not supported

they stopped MBM updates about a year ago, but the fact your sys is so old, might be the better app to use.
