Voltage troubles

My old generic PSU reported the +3.3v rail at approx 1.52v all the time.

I bought an Antec TruePower 430watt PSU. Runs fine, all fans and the UV light bright and steady...

On both MBM 5 and Sandra the results are the same:

Voltage Sensor(s)
CPU Voltage : 1.65V
+3.3V Voltage : 1.52V
+5V Voltage : 5.03V
+12V Voltage : 12.04V
-12V Voltage : 1.95V
-5V Voltage : 0.23V
Standby Voltage : 5.04V
Battery Voltage : 3.22V

Is this likely just the mobo not reporting properly? The value hasn't changed at all.
