Voltage switch on power supply: 115 or 230? Which one should I use?

I have a little red switch on the back of my power supply for 115 and 230. What does this do and which should I have it set on? I should note I have been having some reset problems (the system does not boot and I must cycle power). I dunno if it could have anything to do with this...

WDCentral, according to your profile you live in the US, if I remember correctly you've got 115V from the outlet there, so that's what you should use ...
