Voltage Settings in Ati Tools for x1900xt?

Whats the stock Voltage on the X1900xt for the ram/gpu ect?
it seems it leaves the voltage from the 2d settings any help with be appreciated

for 3D clocks all you should need to set it at for the GPU voltage is 1.425 The rest are all at the normal voltage. ATI TOOL under volts by .25 so 1.425 = 1.4 which is the stock voltage in 3d mode.
