Voltage seems low on default settings

Hello, let me ask you if this seems odd...

My processor is AMD 64 4000+ (130nm version) Model CG

AMD reports the stock voltage should be 1.50V and clockspeed at 2,400Mhz. Well, CPU-Z reports the chip running at 2,411Mhz and the voltage is what worries me... it says 1.45 - 1.48V. What can happen when the processor is getting lower voltage?

Now, I looked in the BIOS - but I don't want to touch the options quite yet. One says CPU VID etc, it's set to "StartUp" right now, which is the default (BIOS reports CPU was running at 1.48V. Would it be better to set it to 1.5V instead of the default?
