Voltage requirements for system

Just a quick question, im upgrading a computer for someone and trying to save them some money by not replacing the case and PSU. The new computer will be using all integrated components (video sound etc) on a ABIT IP-95 Socket T (LGA 775) VIA P4M890 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard, one sata HD and a core 2 duo 1.86.

Anyone know if i can get away with a 230 watt PSU with this config. I would think so but want to get a second opinion.

Not a chance. I'd go for an antec, enermax, or fortron ps in a 400-450 watt range. Or, Fry's.com has a coolermaster 600w for $49.99 after rebate. Don't buy a cheap, lightweight power supply. I've had them fail in a few days. You can check the shipping weight. It should be 4-5.5 lbs for any decent unit.

Probably not. That will all depend on who made the power supply, and how many amps it has on the 12v rail. With no video card, you'd need a minimum of 16A on the 12v rail, maybe more. Of course, there's a very good chance that your power supply doesn't even have all of the connectors that a C2D motherboard requires.
