I was in my bios and reading the voltage and i have no idea how to.
If the voltage is under like my vcc2.5v is 2.480. So is that good? Should it be that low or what? Here are my readings on my two comps. Plese explain. Both are running only a 250w psu.

Pentium3 933mhz Athlon 1gz
Vcore 1.712 1.760
vcc2.5v 2.480 2.496
vcc3.3v 3.280 3.280
vcc5v 4.945 4.892
+12v 12.160 12.544
5b3v 3.392 3.408
-12v -12.295 -12.787
sb5v 4.999 4.972
vbat 3.392 3.408

VOLTAGES LOOK FINE!!! Generally you look for things with a plus or minus 5 percent range from supposed voltage.

How it holds up once you hook up many devices or go full board could be different...go back in check or use mbm program to watch to see if there are spikes are large fluctuations.

I've also been told that i should upgrade my psu to 300w or above. Will that help a lot, especially with the voltages or what. I have 2hd, 2cdrom, 5 fans, floppy, sound card, video card, etc...
