I had some quick questions about CPU voltage. Namely, what is considered the most reliable voltage reading, and which voltage do most people cite when they talk about what voltage they are running at? For example, right now with my 4.4 GHz overclock my BIOS has set a voltage of 1.36. I've used a negative offset to bring that down to 1.35. The highest I've seen in HWiNFO64 is 1.32 volts, and under load with Prime95, due to some crazy Vdroop (can't use load line calibration with offset voltage), my voltage is usually sitting at 1.26 according to HWiNFO64. Core temp lists a VID of 1.3711 under load and 1.36 otherwise. So, since people usually report their voltage as a single number, what would I go by if I were to tell someone what my voltage really is? And what reading should I go by to decide if my voltage is safe once I'm starting to push it some more?
