Voltage Problem!

Im using Motherboard Monitor 4, and I set my voltage from default 2v to 2.2 v Im ocing a cely 433 at 488 right now (75mhzFSB 6.5x) at 2.2V, my alarm is going off its saying this... +3.3V it has reached 3.54v or something, I just set up this monitor program and I told it that my core voltage was at 2.2V, also if you use this program where does it show what my CPU temp is at? Thank you gusy in advance!
