WIN ME Protection Error and BSOD

Been running on WINME since day 2 of release and just started getting WINDOWS protection errors BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH. Happens at startup sometimes and shutdown sometimes. Sometimes the system does what it should and start without a hitch.
I have Abit BH-6 ver 1.0 with o.c. Celeron 300a to 450Mhz. Been running this over a year on WIN98 and NO BLUE SCREENS ever! Restarting system via reset switch always fixes problem. WINME naturally goes into scandisk routine. Only thing that might be the problem is heat and motherboard monitor shows CPU temp at 109 Farenheit or 43Cel.{Internal fans are running fine} Specs show CPU is far from being over heated since its in spec to around 60Celsius or so.
Can this be caused by voltage(s) being out of spec. Here are MBM5 reaadings:
VCORE =2.01,Vtt(vcore1) =1.48, +3.3=3.26; +5=5.13; +12=+11.61; -5=-4.99;12=-11.94 Even tried running system back to its regular listed speed of 300(66) and still get that BSOD on too frequently.
Ran system with cover off and large window fan blowing on CPD and MB direct.
ANYONE with an idea? I will give a try and post results.
