Grabbed one of those Celeron 633's retail from onvia.com for $80 and it runs like a champ at 950Mhz but I had to bump up the voltage to get it 100% rock stable.

What voltage is "too high"? I have it at 1.8 right now, but an tone it down to 1.75 but lose a tad of stabilty it seems.

Any input?

2.0 is really pushing it,
But intel specs say it can handle 2.05 before blowing up....
your fine at 1.8 you could even shoot for 1.9

Same here, Onvia 633 at 980 and 1.8v. It seems stable so far running Prime95 and some 3DMark 2000 but I haven't really pushed it yet so I may have to drop back to 950.

From what I've read I would say the same thing as office boy. 1.8 is fine but 1.9 is as high as you'd want to go.
