Voltage mod for AMD XP's? How exactly do you do it?

Ok I need to up my voltage of my cpu, but my motherboard doesn't let me. I know it involves soldering, so I was gonna let my friend do it. My temps are 39 C idle, and I don't have a clue what my load temp is but i'm sure its decent. Right now my vcore is 1.73. I was pretty stable with my 1400@1575 without more voltage, so how much more voltage would I need, and how do I do it?
