I have a feeling that Anand could only bump up 1/2 a volt in his overclocking trials of the stock Duron. I find it hard to believe that he could only gain 50mHz after a voltage bump. Its almost as if there was no increase in voltage!

Chances are that Anand has to enable voltage tweaks to the chip in the same way he had to enable multiplier tweaks.
