Voltage jumps on A7V133

I have an Asus A7v133 with a t-bird 1.1. The voltage seems to jump between 1.75,1.79,1.81 volts in motherboard monitor. It alternates between those values. Is this normal? I have an identical machine with a t-bird and 1.1 and a7v133 and the voltage stayes solid at 1.81. All settings are set to auto in the bios. Also during this the time the temps varies slightly according to the voltage.
