Voltage issue

I am not big into overclocking but I have a quick question for all of you that are. My s939 3000+ is reading 1.6v in cpu-z and I have no idea why. I have gone through the bios and limited the voltage to 1.4v . Can someone out there possibly point me in the right direction as far as solving this mystery and while your at it post ur voltage just to see if mine is on track with others among the forum.
