Well, i finally got my new system working and my E2140 was giving me a very nice temp of about 21C Idle. I thought not bad at all. Under load, never got past 37C, was testing on Prime95.

Anyway, i clocked up the FSB from 800 to 1066 and then 1333, and the temps are within a degree or so of before, which is also very nice. Clocks at 333.35x8 = 2666.78MHz.

Anyway, i was going to up the voltage a bit from the 1.313v stock. Anyone have an idea on the highest voltage you want to run on an E2140?

Edit:
Forgot to mention, using Arctic 7 Freezer Pro with MX-2 Thermal Compound.

Intel says 1.35v on the box, even though on their site it says 1.5v max. So I'm guessing 1.5 is OK but probably not recommended if you want durability. You can go +10%, which should get you 1.45v.
