Voltage control for 9600gt?

So recently I have sold my 6950 to wait for the new 28nm cards to come out and I'm using this 9600gt as a placeholder. I want to be able to get as much performance out of it as possible while I have it. It has an aftermarket asus cooler and pcb, and the temps never go past 50 on load. I was figuring that this card will have a lot more headroom if I can change the voltages somehow. Is there any way?

The card is this exact model: http://www.legitreviews.com/images/reviews/729/Asus_9600_GT_card_front.jpg

you cant even adjust the fan speed on that can you? I would seriously doubt there is any voltage control.

you guessed it. i can't adjust anything except the clock speeds, which i can't even increase by 100mhz.
