Which are the highest safety core voltage and temps for a AMD FX60 ?

AM2 or 939?

It all depends on your cooler, but try not to go above 1.5 volts. Those chips are only good for 3.2 max so don't think you can go higher by adding more voltage.

My temps are: 40 at idle and 64 at Prime95.-

The CPU will shut down before it damages itself from heat. But that doesn't mean you can't kill it with an overvolt.
