has anybody overclocked their athlon xp (any model) with the thermaltake volcano 6cu installed and just simple blow hole case cooling. how far did you get before heat became an issue?

i have a 8kha+.. 1.2 o/ced to 150 fsb.. temps are 48c full load ..seti 24/7........one case fan......

probably not far because:
1. it's a volcano and those are poo pooey for overclocking (much at least)
2. airflow in the case is a necessity... for the hsf to properly cool the cpu draws cool air down onto the cpu (most cases) if that cool air isn't there it blows warm/hot air and that doesn't cool as well
3. i ran outa ideas but i wanna beat the person who says ya... get the volcano whatever # it's a great cooler

The Volcano 6 should be able to take around 100-200 Mhz extra than the stock speed b4 if fail to keep those soaring temp down. And of course, a better case cooling help.
