Is the Volcano 2 enough to cool a 1.33 ghz Tbird (without ocing) ?

I asked about the VolcanoII a while ago and here's what I got: VolcanoII

Thermaltake isn't known for the greatest cooling products. The VolcanoII isn't bad though, but I'd go with an Alpha PAL6035 or a Global Win FOP32-1.
